Processing Time Every item is made to order. Most orders are processed and sent to production within 2–5 business days. During peak seasons, processing times may extend slightly.

Shipping Times Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after production. Delivery estimates may vary based on carrier volume, weather, and regional delays.

Shipping Rates

  • $4.99 flat rate for standard U.S. shipping

  • $2.00 for each additional item

  • Free shipping on orders over $75

These rates help keep checkout simple and predictable while ensuring fast, reliable delivery.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Wrong Address or Delivery Issues If an incorrect address is entered at checkout, please contact us immediately. We can update the address only if the order has not yet entered production. Blest & Lucky is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of:

  • The item

  • The issue

  • The packing slip

We will replace the item at no cost.

Returns & Exchanges Because each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Color or style preference

  • Personalized items (unless defective)
